Use the system in different way for different use

The system supports deleting the calling number automatically or manually. You can take a lot of advantages on setting it properly.

If there are several calling numbers coming in at the same time, you might hope the system can show them one by one. You can set deleting the calling button numbers automatically. Arrange the system in different mode

You can arrange the system in three modes: Multiple calling buttons to One calling server; One calling button to Multiple calling servers; Multiple calling buttons to Multiple calling servers.

Multiple calling buttons to One calling server - All calling buttons signals will be received by one server.

One calling button to Multiple calling servers - One button signal will be received by two or more servers.

Multiple calling buttons to Multiple calling servers - Two or more servers can be used at the same time without conflict. You can set server for each floor and calling buttons in different floor will be sent to its corresponding server.

Wireless Calling System - How does the system work

When there is no calling, it will show the time clock.

When you press the first service calling button (we suppose the calling number is 01), the server will show the calling number immediately.

The system supports three ways to delete the calling number.

Set the system automatically deleting the calling number from 5 to 90 seconds.

->If you set the system as "automatically delete the calling number in 5 seconds",then when you press the second service button IN 5 seconds(we suppose the second calling number is 02), the server will show the second calling number after the calling number 01 immediately.

When you press the second service button AFTER 5 seconds, the calling number 01 has been automatically deleted and the server will just show the second calling number 02 on the screen.

If there are three callings coming in 5 seconds, the system will arrange them in order. We suppose the first calling is number 01, the second calling is number 02, the third calling is number 03. The screen will display number 01 and number 02, and store the calling number 03 into memory. after 5 seconds, the first calling number 01 will be deleted from the system, and the number 02 and number 03 will show on the screen.

With using the system in this way, the waiters will not miss any calling request at rash time. the time for deleting the calling numbers can be set according to your business. If you have many waiters and the service request is frequency, you can set 5 seconds or 10 seconds. If you have only a few waiters and the service request is less, you can set 10 seconds or 20 seconds for automatically deleting the calling numbers.

In this case, waiter just need to check which number on the screen and go to serve that table and delete the calling number before service.
